正位

A clash of wills. Some of it is play, some of it is ego. Know which fight is worth entering.

The fight is winding down, or you are avoiding a conflict that still needs a rule.

Sparring that may be desire in disguise. Do not confuse heat with disrespect.

Making peace after a clash. Apologize for the blow, not for the desire.

Competition, office friction, or five opinions and no decision. Pick the real contest.

Conflict avoidance that leaves the work muddy. End the skirmish with one agreement.

正位偏向否，逆位偏向是。倾向不是命令。
